Both MSB30B and MSB40B bridge rectifiers have a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.0V (3.0A/4.0A).
FMSB30G, FMSB30J, FMSB30M. FMSB40G, FMSB40J, FMSB40M. Fast recovery bridge rectifiers all have a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.3V (3.0A/4.0A). The smaller forward voltage drop makes the components have the advantages of lower power consumption and easier drive.
The average rectified output current is 3.0A/4.0A, which is suitable for applications requiring large current. The peak forward surge current IFSM is 80A/95A. The maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage and maximum DC blocking voltage of standard bridge rectifiers are 400V, 600V, 1000V, and the maximum RMS voltage is 280V, 420V, 700V, respectively.
