MSB30B, MSB40B, FMSB30G, FMSB30J, FMSB30M. FMSB40G, FMSB40J, FMSB40M. 8 surface mount glass passivation bridge rectifiers, using UMSB surface mount method.
Both MSB30B and MSB40B bridge rectifiers have a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.0V (3.0A/4.0A).
FMSB30G, FMSB30J, FMSB30M. FMSB40G, FMSB40J, FMSB40M. Fast recovery bridge rectifiers all have a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.3V (3.0A/4.0A). The smaller forward voltage drop makes the components have the advantages of lower power consumption and easier drive.
The average rectified output current is 3.0A/4.0A, which is suitable for applications requiring large current. The peak forward surge current IFSM is 80A/95A.
