LOWVF/low forward/low voltage drop/low loss L/fast charge/fast charge 3.0 standard……
In response to the national energy conservation and environmental protection policy, the power supply products have been upgraded to the sixth level of energy efficiency standards. Our company has launched a full series of LOWW diodes and bridge stacks.

Overseas: DOE 6 (Level 6 Energy Efficiency Standard) is the US energy efficiency certification for external power supplies, which has been enforced on February 10, 2016. The standard-US.EISA 2007 (Energy Independence and Security Act) raises the threshold for the efficiency of external power supply manufacturers. Compared with the Level V (87%, 0.15W) standard, the average efficiency is 92% (Pout is 1-49W) and 88% (Pout is 49-250W), and the standby power consumption is 0.1-0.21, which is a higher standard. Power supply manufacturers have caused a major impact. The six-level energy efficiency standard has also made a standard for power supply in accordance with the trend of green, environmental protection and energy saving.

Domestic: DOE6 (Level 6 Energy Efficiency Standard) was officially launched in 2016, mainly for external power supply products. The no-load power consumption requirements for the efficiency of the external power supply in active mode are higher than the current requirements, so the power meter requirements for power measurement are also higher. According to the current standards of the United States and Europe, the accuracy of the power meter is not low At 0.15%.

Recently, power supply manufacturers are busy to update the six-level energy efficiency. The new regulations require product upgrades. The requirements for external power supplies (such as current adapters, switching power supplies, chargers, etc.) are getting higher and higher. However, when it comes to efficiency, it almost includes The entire system design of the power supply, from rectification to transformer conversion, to rectification of DC output, involves losses in all places where there is current passing through. In the face of such demanding efficiency requirements, the forward voltage drop VF on the diode has to be mentioned. Whether it is the bridge stack at the AC input end or the rectifier diode at the rectifier output end, the loss that is often overlooked by us, is particularly important in the face of six-level energy efficiency.

Here, our GW&GK products have developed in-line and SMD diodes that can pass six levels of energy efficiency. Considering the comprehensive factors, the diode or bridge stack at the input end mainly reduces the leakage current while appropriately reducing the VF and reduces the standby loss of the overall circuit. For the output end, it not only improves the low forward direction of many series of Schottky diodes. One main parameter, and provide a variety of options to meet customer needs.

Now the product has covered in-line (DO-41, DO-15, D0-27, R-6, ITO-220, TO-220) packaging and SMD (SOD123F, SMA, SMAF, SMBF, SMB, SMC, TO- 277, TO-263) package
The picture below is TO-277 package SB1045L.
